Description
Plank on Feet (L-Base) to Straddle Bat is a basic element in Acro-Yoga and used in a lot of washing machines.
Base
- Change grip to crossed hands (2).
- Feet switch the place (ballerina step) (3).
- Keep your hands over your shoulder (1-5).
- Give the flyer resistance in the arms to come down controlled (6-8).
- Keep your heels over your hips all the time.
Flyer
- Roll on the second leg and straddle the legs.
- Keep your legs and core engaged so, that you don't come to an arched position.
- Controll the going down by pushing into the bases arms (5-8).
Spotter
- Spot on the side.
- Spot the upper body and hips.
- You can help by supporting the legs of the base, so that they stay directly over the hips if necessary.
